The Flange Cracked, & The Bridge Closed

...and the wedge broke bcz...?... and the other three wedges are being evaluated and x-rayed when..?Sad.Bridge lasted how many decades before 'renovation' w/o similar failures?Too late to attach (or release, if one exists) a bond to motivate all concerned to attend to the gravity of the matter?
